Mission with BBBS
Rhonda believes that 'Bigs' really can make a difference in a child's life through a strong mentoring relationship. Rhonda's first little sister was the first of her family to graduate from high school.

Rhonda is co-leading the Commission in Wayne County with Joe Talbot. Wayne County has really developed a strong presence in the community. Their goal is to continue to grow their programs so more children can be a part of the organization. The commission meets on a monthly basis to discuss how to continue to build community awareness and engage new volunteers.

Background:
Rhonda has over fifteen years of HR experience having worked at Xerox and Bausch & Lomb. Rhonda holds an Masters degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
