Mission with BBBS :
To address and meet the needs of unmatched Littles by implementing the COUL kids group mentoring program in Monroe County and assisting with recruitment of Bigs - primarily African American Men.

Background:
Narlene has a M.S. in management from Nazareth College and a B.S. in Commerce from Niagara University. She is a 2004 graduate of the United Way's African American Leadership Development Program, a Founding member of Harambee Investment Partners, and Staff member with the Young Women's Rites of Passage Program. From being a Little Sister in the Rochester program in her youth to now having the opportunity to be a BBBS Board of Directors candidate, she credits the relationship developed with her Big Sister for her success in her educational and professional endeavors.
