These sessions follow "Behind the Magic" and are centered on one of three themes:

The Next Step behind the magic: how you can bring your unique talent and passion to bear on the success of Big Brothers Big Sisters
- Community Impact Mapping: consider the abundance and passion of the people around you - and the impact they might enjoy making on their own community through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
- Leadership Literature Review: Executive Director and leadership enthusiast, Jeff Newland, takes our Century League (or a guest) through a 45 minute tour of a recent piece of leadership, business, or personal growth literature. Each attendee receives a copy of the discussed book as a 'thank you' for their leadership. (See Century League | See Literature Reviews
