First American Equipment Finance has been a super hero to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester in a relationship that has spanned nearly 10 years. First American employees have been Bigs, donated time and talents on our Board of Directors -including our board president, generously supported all of our special events, offered committee support, tremendous financial support, and, most recently donated the furniture that improves the form and function of our offices.

Investing in Mentoring: United Way of Greater Rochester, a strong support to our agency and the community, is empowering in youth in the community through an investment in mentoring.
Ryan Todisco would have made a great Big Brother. His life was tragically cut short but his memory lives on in many ways. With help from family members, friends and community supporters, Ryan's mom, Cherri hosts a special day in Ryan's memory for our Bigs and Littles each year. Cherri has also established a memorial fund in Ryan's name.
